ShareDisguised bandit robs Red Deer video store

A man wearing a disguise and brandishing a sharp, pointed object demanded money from a store clerk at Blockbuster Video on 51st Avenue on Thursday night.
The clerk gave the robber an undisclosed amount of money.
Red Deer City RCMP and Red Deer RCMP police dog services responded to the armed robbery at around 8:55 p.m. No one was injured in the robbery.
Police continue to investigate and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the culprit. The suspect is described as being a Caucasian, wearing a dark tuque, white and dark checkered scarf, dark coloured jacket with white stripes around the collar and bottom, black gloves and blue jeans.
